Casas en Nicaragua is a real-estate listings portal. We publish properties and put them in front of the people looking for them: the deal is always made directly between the interested party and the advertiser, with no intermediary on our side.
What we do and what we do not do
Our service is publishing: making a property look right, with high-resolution photos, measurements, a clear price and direct contact, and making it show up when someone searches in that area.
To be clear, because this market often confuses the two: we are not real-estate brokers. We do not represent the seller or the buyer, we do not take part in negotiations, we do not handle deeds and we do not charge commission on any transaction. Every listing states who published it, and inquiries go to that person or company, not to us.
Why price per square meter
The hardest question to answer in Nicaragua is not which house to buy, but whether the price makes sense. Almost nobody publishes reference data, so most people negotiate blind.
That is why we calculate the average price per square meter by area from the properties listed on the portal, show it openly on the home page and compare each property against the average for its area. When the gap is very wide we say so with caution, because it may come down to the floor area or the condition rather than a bargain: we prefer an honest figure to an eye-catching headline.

If you want to list a property
Listing is free and inquiries come straight to you. You can do it as an owner or as an agent: either way, your name and your contact details are the ones shown on the listing, and the interested party writes to you.
