Casas en Nicaragua is a real-estate listings portal. These are the rules for using the site, written plainly and without fine print.

What the portal does

We publish the properties that advertisers send us and put them in front of the people looking for them. Our service is the publishing itself: making the listing look right, with photos, measurements and a clear price, and making it show up when someone searches in that area.

What the portal does NOT do

We are not a brokerage or a real-estate agency. We do not act as intermediaries, we do not charge commission, we do not handle paperwork and we do not take part in the negotiation. The deal is always made directly between the interested party and the property advertiser.

Who the information in each listing belongs to

The details of each property —price, measurements, location, features and photos— are supplied by the advertiser, and it is the advertiser who is answerable for them. We organize them and display them. Before closing any transaction, verify the details and the documents directly with whoever published the listing, and with a professional if you consider it necessary.

The figures we calculate ourselves

Some of the numbers on the site are calculated from the published listings: the price per square meter, the average for an area and the comparison between similar properties. They are statistical references, not valuations. A formal appraisal is signed by a licensed appraiser and this site does not replace one. We always explain how each figure is calculated.

Listing on the portal

Listing is free. In doing so, the advertiser declares that the property exists, that they are authorized to offer it and that the information is true. We reserve the right not to publish, or to withdraw, any listing with false details, misleading content or duplicate properties.

Use of the content

You may browse, share and link to the pages of this site freely. Copying the catalogue in bulk or extracting the data automatically in order to reproduce it on another site is not permitted.

Withdrawing a listing or correcting a detail

If a property is no longer available, if a detail is wrong or if it appears published without authorization, write to us at info@casasennicaragua.com quoting the listing code. We will review it and either correct it or take it down.
