Casas en Nicaragua is a real-estate listings portal: we are not brokers or intermediaries. Depending on what you need, this is the shortest way to get an answer.

About a listed property

Write directly to whoever listed it: every listing has the advertiser's WhatsApp, call and email buttons. We have no information about the property beyond what you see on the listing, and we take no part in the negotiation.

To list your property

Listing is free and inquiries reach you directly. Create your listing as an owner or as an agent. If it is your first time, the selling guide explains how to price with data and which photos work.

Report a listing

Has a property already sold, is the price wrong, do the photos not match, or does the ad look suspicious? Write to info@casasennicaragua.com with the link to the listing and what you saw. We check it against the original source and correct it or take it down, usually within a few business days.

Your account or removing a listing

From your account you can edit or withdraw your listings. If you cannot log in, write to us from the same email you used to publish and we will help.

Data, press and partnerships

The reference prices by area come from the portal's listings under the rules explained in where our prices come from. If you want to use or cite that data, or propose a partnership, write to us with the subject «Data».
